Kids Gone to College

If you have kids who have gone to college and they will be dong a lot of driving to and from home, then look to get a deal. You could save money on this because the insurance company knows how much money you will be spending on tuition and gasoline. Not every insurance company could offer this deal, so make sure you know which ones do. When your kids go to college you need to save as much money as you possibly can save.

Combo

You also could be able to save yourself some money if you combo your car insurance with your home insurance. This is a way to give the insurance company more business, and it will come through for you in savings. You just need to make sure that you are actually able to save some money doing so. It also will save you effort on trying to pay your bills, because they will just be going to the same area. Look into combo insurance and see if you can save.

Associations

Sometimes associations can get you discounts. Fraternities, colleges, businesses, etc. can all have cheaper car insurance rates that you might be able to look into. See what the deal is, whether they are offered or not, and then see if it will save you money from your normal car insurance rate.
